These terms govern use of the Gemini Capital Management website. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security restrictions, submit malicious material or misuse another person’s information. These website terms do not replace a lease, application agreement or other signed agreement.
Property information
Listings and other website content provide general information. Availability, rent, other charges, measurements, permitted uses and property features can change. Photographs may illustrate a property or unit and may not show every available space. Verify details with our team before making plans or relying on a listing. The executed lease and other applicable written agreements control the terms of a tenancy.
Inquiries and applications
Browsing a listing, scheduling a showing, submitting an inquiry or completing an application does not by itself create a lease, reserve a property, guarantee approval or commit Gemini to a commercial transaction. Applications and leasing remain subject to the applicable process, review, approval and written agreements. Residential and commercial application requirements may differ.
Maintenance and emergencies
Use the Maintenance Request page for routine repairs. A submitted form does not confirm an appointment or immediate response. For urgent property maintenance requiring immediate attention, call 616-843-1350. For immediate danger or an emergency requiring police, fire or medical assistance, call 911.
Third-party services
Links and embedded services may take you to platforms operated by other providers, including listing, showing, application, document and investor systems. Their own terms and privacy notices apply where relevant. Contact us if a third-party feature prevents you from accessing property information or completing a requested step.
Website content and marks
Gemini’s name, logo, photographs and other website materials belong to Gemini or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and retain reasonable copies of property information for your personal or internal business evaluation. Other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.
Website accuracy and availability
The website is provided for general information. We aim to keep its content useful and current, but errors, delays and service interruptions can occur. Except for obligations imposed by law or an applicable written agreement, we do not guarantee that website information will be complete or error-free, that a listed property will remain available, or that access will be uninterrupted. Verify important details with our team. Nothing in these terms excludes duties under a lease, fair-housing requirements or other rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
