Equal Housing Opportunity
Fair housing
Gemini Capital Management is committed to equal housing opportunity and compliance with applicable federal, Michigan and local fair-housing laws. We do not discriminate in residential housing on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status or other characteristics protected by applicable law. Michigan housing protections also address characteristics including age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression and protected sources of income.
Residential leasing
We provide property information, showing opportunities and application review using consistent, lawful criteria. Website copy and listing descriptions do not create additional qualification requirements. Contact our team if information about a property or application appears inconsistent or if you need assistance accessing the process.
Reasonable accommodations and modifications
Contact us to request a disability-related reasonable accommodation or modification. Requests relating to assistance animals are considered separately from ordinary pet requests under applicable law. You may begin a request by phone or email, or have an authorized person contact us on your behalf. No particular online form is required to begin a request. Do not send medical records or sensitive supporting documents with the initial message. We may request limited supporting information when permitted by law and will discuss appropriate next steps with you.
Fair-housing rights and retaliation
We do not retaliate against anyone for exercising rights protected by fair-housing law, requesting a disability-related accommodation, raising a fair-housing concern or helping another person exercise protected rights. You may raise a concern with us or contact the appropriate government agency directly.
